Payment rail is staged. A $100 payment creates a $90 locked stake and a $10 project allocation. No refunds except where legally required or for platform error.

01 · stake

The creator and their audience can add money behind a claim. Every contribution belongs to the person who made it.

02 · lock

Once active, a contribution cannot be withdrawn. The money is in the game until the claim is bumped or the epoch closes.

03 · settle

At payment, 10% is allocated to other projects and 90% becomes locked stake. At settlement, that 90% returns. A stake is not proof that a claim is true.

Payment is staged, not hidden. Stripe calculates the gross amount server-side. The internal ledger records the 90% locked stake and 10% project allocation only after a verified paid webhook. No deposits are counted from a browser redirect.
